Your request has been added.
I would love to have anything you would like to see published in our new book we are putting together one at this time about the wives and families of the Confederates and also including more of the ones we could not find in the first books we compiled. They are showing up as the first and second husbands of the wives. We are also working on the cemeteries of the three counties, Benton, Washington and Madison Co.. Ark. This is such a great hobby and we get to meet so many nice people. Dorothy

LOVED YOUR MESSAGE FOR MISS SADIE ON HER MEMORIAL # 42065104. SHE WAS NOT RELATED TO MY FAMILY EITHER, BUT FELT SO. WE ALL LOVED HER SO MUCH. OUR FAMILY KNEW THE CUNNINGHAMS SINCE 1904 WHEN THEY CAME TO THE SUGAR CREEK AREA OF WHAT IS NOW "BELLA VISTA". OUR FAMILY CAME FROM TENNESSEE TO THE SUGAR CREEK AREA IN ABOUT 1862.
I HAVE BEEN ADDING PHOTOS OF HEADSTONES ON F.A.G. AND SAW YOUR MESSAGE. QUESTION: DID YOU KNOW HER SISTER WINIFRED? THE ONLY INFO I HAVE WAS FROM 1930 AND SHE LIVED IN JACKSON, MISSOURI. I WOULD LIKE TO DO A MEMORIAL FOR HER ALSO BUT DON'T HAVE A MARRIED NAME OR IF SHE MARRIED. SHE AND MY MOTHER EVELYN (ROBBINS) RAUCH WERE ALSO LIFELONG FRIENDS. SHE WAS MY MOTHER'S SCHOOL TEACHER AT DUG HILL, AND MY UNCLE MANCE HOWARD, (BROTHER OF LYNN (HOWARD) ROBBINS, & MY GRANDMOTHER) TAUGHT SADIE AT DUG HILL. MY MOTHER PASSED IN 2004. I KNOW SHE AND WINIFRED USE TO CORRESPOND, BUT HAVE NO OTHER INFORMATION. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION.
I HAVE SEVERAL PHOTOS OF SADIE AND ONE THAT SHE GAVE MY MOTHER WHEN SHE WAS ABOUT AGE 20, WHICH I HAVE TO STILL LOCATE AND SCAN AND PUT ON HER MEMORIAL.
ALSO, DID SADIE TEACH "THE DIXON BOYS"? I WILL LOOK UP INFO FROM YOUR MEMORIALS ON YOUR FAMILY.
THANKS! WILL LOOK FORWARD HEARING FROM YOU!!! CHARLES RAUCH, TULSA, OK.
