Bio and Links
Bio Photo I live in Wittmann, Arizona. I am married and have four children and 10 grandchildren. I love to volunteer my time serving others. I love family history and reading about the lives and interests of people. I am very interested in getting cemeteries listed on so people researching their family history have records. I also work a lot with and add a lot of information into that site. If you cannot find who you are looking for, try that site. Also, add any relatives to this site if you are a direct line descendant. Millions of people are on daily.

RE: Tombstone Photo
I think there are two people of that name; but, I plan to verify that before adding a memorial for the one that matches your photograph.
Please compare tombstone information with the obituary. The burial plot also matches where the newer tombstone is located.
Thanks, Roy.

Tombstone Photo
Please see memorial #53146859 and delete your tombstone photo which does not match the memorial.

re: Ronipony
Yes, I had created my own memorials in Zion Cemetery in Ohio when I couldn't get a reply from Findagrave and Ronipony, but then, I heard from someone who said she was active again, so I deleted my memorials and requested again for her to transfer my Grandfather's siblings to me as I had info, pictures etc, but that was several months ago and she never did transfer them. When I get some time, I will request one more time from her and if no answer, I will try once more with Findagrave (after I got those form letters, I figured that they wouldn't help me as my great aunts and uncles don't fall within their guidelines). If I still get no where, I'll just create my own memorials. Please let me know if you can if Findagrave does your transfers and I'll do the same.

re: Ronipony
Hi, no I never did get those transfers from Ronipony, despite many polite requests. She just ignored me. I don't know who is more frustrating to deal with, Ronipony or Findagrave administration! I wrote to them several times over the last nearly 2 years and told them that I was concerned that Ronipony wasn't active anymore and could they please transfer my grandfather's siblings memorials to me . They just ignored me for at least a year and then when I sent another couple of requests, they sent me some standard form letter outlining their guidelines for transfers. I tried once more a sending a request to Ronipony as another member said Ronipony was active now, but she ignored my request again! I have been so busy that I haven't bothered following up again. It sure is frustrating and disappointing as most members have been so great and quick in transferring memorials to me. How has your experience been?

RE: Find a Grave Charles H. Moore
In most cases, I have submitted edits to add plot information and other relevant data to the other person's memorials. It usually takes a little time for those edits to be implemented. Please wait before making a decision to not take action.
I feel like I am swimming upstream battling the vanity and ego current. IF you choose to correct your records and not delete them, I cannot control that; but, note that your original error may have resulted in the person creating their correct entry (didn't see yours because of spelling error). With that said, your correction becomes the latest entry and should be deleted out of respect for the first correct memorial.
As for your wanting the other person to delete their memorial(s), I respectfully suggest that YOU contact them to make that request (not me).
Please remember the goal is to make the listings as complete and accurate as possible.
Since this response covers many of your messages, I will not respond to the others.
