|LarryW||Thomas and Thomas DeMoss in Wooden Cemetery|
I'm researching the DeMosses of Virginia/Ohio/Indiana. My questions are about:
Thomas DeMoss (58781098)
This could be the Thomas DeMoss born in Virginia around 1780. I see in a message below that online records indicate this person was born around that time -- I submitted an edit.
Thomas J. DeMoss (55115593)
This looks like the Thomas DeMoss that died in Bourbon on 5 May 1871, widower of Eliza Jane Campbell, also buried in Wooden Cemetery. He was probably the senior Thomas' son.
However, according to the 1860 and 1870 censuses, he was born in Ohio about 1830, not 1794.
I was wondering if it's possible that the 1794 date on this memorial is incorrect, or if it's right, what it's based on?

There are almost 30,000 interments at Mount Washington. If you provide a location, I can try to find it. The cemetery page says this:
"If you have someone buried here and you'd like a picture of their stone, you might want to call the cemetery to get a location for the volunteer as the cemetery charges for non-family lookups."
Cemetery Phone: (816) 252-4141

Hi, Judy. Will you email me. I don't seem to have your email address in my address book. Can you tell me where Julius Bonnot is buried? I'm trying to attach the children to Aunt Pearl and Uncle Thomas. Thanks.

You are very welcomed it was my pleasure. But you only have a few compared to the person that wanted the Blodgett name. I have the bad habit of when someone request a name to photograph all of the stones with the same name. Never know who someone might find by doing it that way. Have fun putting them together. If you want any of the memorials transfered to you let me know.

I am posting 8 additional Burn's to Blodgett Cemetery.
|Mary John||William Burns|
I went to Blodgett Cemetery and found Willian Burns and other Burn's. I will be posting their photos in the next couple of days.

You are very welcome... It was my pleasure. :)

In searching online records for the location of the request for Thomas DeMoss in Harrison Center Cemetery, Kosciusko County, Indiana, I located other DeMoss there. I have not been there to verify this or get any photos. According to online records they are as follows:
DeMoss, Milton W, son of J.&H.,d.Apr24,1864,ae 15y-6m-1d
DeMoss, John, son of R.E.&R.A.,d.Nov10,1862,ae 1m-10d
DeMoss, Eliza J, wife of T.J.,d.Nov6(?)1864(?),ae 28y-3d
DeMoss, Arietta, dau of T.J.&E.J.,d.May5,1864,ae 6m-3d
DeMoss, Sarah, wife of T.,d.Apr,1862,ae 70y-7m-21d
DeMoss, Thomas,d.Aug21,1854,ae 73y-11d
If you would like to create memorials for these, then maybe someone can get the photos for you. I have been there and taken photos, however, if you would like to put in a request after creating the memorials, perhaps someone else might make it there sooner than I will.
Have a blessed day!

I've added a memorial for Clayton Patterson, son of Theodore Patterson. If you want to manage this, let me know and I'll transfer it to you.

Hi Judith - Thank you for searching. He died Jun 15 1990, but I'm not sure where. I believe Dallas, I will have to do some more checking. Thank you.
