|I am a retired teacher living in the Washington, DC area. Genealogy has been a sporadic interest for more than thirty years. Most of my immediate relatives are buried in the upper midwest and for many years when we returned to visit, we would stop at the cemeteries. Over the years we have taken pictures of the family grave sites understanding that time and weather would eventually degrade the stones. Then I discovered FindAGrave!|
I have entered many of the relatives (and some other special people in the lives of our family members), and have been graciously granted management of some of the memorials others have entered. Feel free to contact me if you have corrections, additions, or links you would like to suggest.

Please email me through my contact, I have some more info I found. Thank You! Leonardo

Thank you for the information and taking the time to locate it. So tragic he passed away so young. I left a message on his memorial. When I come across anymore info I will pass it along to you.
|Leonardo Flores||Greenlee II|
Thank you Mike!
Yes I am currently working on getting his service records if he was indeed in the Coat Guard. He's the only E. Wilson Greenlee in ancestry. He might have been a vet of Iwo Jima which is the battle I study. Seems like he died very young at 38 (which is my age) any idea on how he passed away?
I will keep you updated on any information I receive. Most Navy/Marine service records include a photo of the Sailor/Marine so hopefully there will be a second photo in his records.
Thank you again and all the best!

I was inquiring if you had any info on E Wilson Greenlee and if he was a Coast Guard veteran of WWII?
I found his picture on Ancestry and will be posting it tomorrow.

I was tickled to see you had so much information listed on my great-great-great grandfather, George Noble Tarburton and his father John Wesley Tarbutton. Do you share a connection to my family, and if so, would you care to compare notes? I look forward to hearing from you.

I have entered John in Find A Grave....found a lot of other Pescoes in the same area that I will be entering in. What did the Pescoe family do?

Mary, the lady who took the pictures put the photos on Jeanette's memorial...very nice of her!
|Rebecca Benton McKnight||William George and Fred Becks|
Hi again Pat,
When I looked at all of your Becks you are managing I realized that your Fred Sr. is William George's brother. William George also had a son named Fred who is probably named for your Fred Sr.
|Rebecca Benton McKnight||William George Becks and Blanche Elizabeth Benton Becks|
I am researching the above couple and saw that you might be their descendent. If you are I would be interested in exchanging geneaology info with you.
