We have been aware of the findagrave.com web site for some time now, but it really came home to me when we found my husband's Grandfather's grave posted. Since he had died during the Spanish-American War, the same year his son was born, the family knew nothing of him. Then by chance, we were starting to look for family tree information and not only found the Grandfather, but the Great Grandfather and his wife all buried at the same cemetery in Rhode Island. Being Nebraskans and not likely to ever get back east, it was a remarkable find for us. Our thanks to all the volunteers.|

You can email me at
I hadn't seen that note from the son. Thanks for sharing that with me.
Do you know about Clara?
Have a great day!
Sorry for two messages. I got ahead of myself and hit the button before I got the message out.
Could you give me the reference for this being the same William?
I suspect it is him, but I would like to be able to be 100% sure because I am related to him through his daughter Salina who married Silas M. White.
So, before I add any corrections to him I just would like to know where this information that it is him buried there came from.
I have some of the same information as you do for the corrections, but I just want to make sure that it is him before I add it.
Would you know anything about Clara White buried with him?
Have a great day!

I would like your permission to copy gravestone photos to my Dillman Ancestry Family Tree. I will give you the credit.
Thank you, Pioneersearcher # 47016656

He is connected to his parents now. Thanks for pointing out the omission.
Thank you for the info on the Wade family. Much appreciated. I read your bio about John, which led me to Albert "Kid" Wade. Pretty interesting stuff.
You also said to contact you if I had any questions. My question is, how much do you want for that cute doggie?

|Janis Cameron||Grace Beman Scherzberg|
You have done a great job on photographing cemeteries. You had a question on Grace Beman Scherzberg buried in the Chapman Cemetery, Merrick County, Ne.
Yes, Grace's maiden name was Beman. She was the daughter of Nathan and Agnes Beman. In the same plot is also Maude Beman..that was her sister who never married. Grace died in childbirth and they didn't know where else to bury her. Nathan and Agnes were my great grandparents. Fortunately the Beman family is traced and documented for several hundred years. thanks to you for the photograph. Janis Baker Cameron, David City, Ne
