RE: Susan L. Spring
You are very welcome! That one just kind of reached out and bit me today for some reason. I have been looking for her every time I go there. The sun was in just the right spot today! :-)

Dale, you can add this information yourself with the edit tab, only thing you can't do there is to link family!! It's a newer feature and it's great....

RE: Find A Grave Request=frederick family
Dale, how EXCITING!!

Wow.. to think that I actually have a Frederick relative here in CA! I live in Dixon. If you don't know, that is just outside of Sacramento. Where are you?

I am Alex and Rosina's great, great granddaughter. Their son William was my great grandfather.

My grandparents, Harry Frederick (William's son) and Desta "Allyne" Sparger Frederick left Minnesota and moved to Idaho back in the late 50's. They then made their way to California in the early 60's when my grandfather was offered a promotion which included a re-location. My grandparents, aunts, uncle's and even father didn't speak much of their life or relatives in Minnesota. I was lucky to meet my great grandfathers, but never met my great grandmothers that I remember. William was a very soft spoken and sweet man. I am grateful to have met him and cherish the photo that I have of myself with him.

My father died when I was 23, grandma died the next year and grandpa the year behind her. My aunts have all passed as well. There are a few cousins scattered here and there, but I am quite alone.

I have 6 children. I loved my family dearly and I cherish the times that I spent with them. It's important to me to share family traditions, memories and history with my children so that they too can carry our history with them.

I have done some research and have found very little, but some great things about Alexander and Rosina on the internet. Otherwise I honestly don't have much. I would LOVE to visit with you and share stories and pictures. I'd also really enjoy hearing about your trip to Minnesota and what you found there. I do have some pictures, and I would be happy to share them with you.

How did you get to California?

Find A Grave Request
Hi Dale,

Thank you for all of the work that you have done. You have entered many of my family members, and for that I am truly thankful.

The following people and memorial #'s are related to me and I would love to have them transferred over to me if possible.

Infant Frederick - #64280396
Howard Quenten Frederick - #64280499
Dora Hill Frederick - #64280282
Alexander Benedict Frederick - #55796534
Rosina Laura Wasmer Frederick - #55796582
Ernest Frederick - #64280946

Also - I wonder if you would be willing to take pictures of their headstones for me when you have a chance? I live in California and am afraid that I won't be out that way any time soon. Luckily I do have photos of these family members and look forward to adding them to their memorials.

Many thanks!

Tiffany Frederick-Hurst
