RE: Blankenship-Roberts
No, I am not related to Ivaleta or her husband. I go to a family reunion in Ada every August and take as many pictures of stones in the Rosedale Cemetery while I am there. I am glad that I could help you.

Ivaleta and Gail Blankenship
I am related to Ivaleta. Her mother, Susan May Stanford Roberts, was my grandfather's sister. My grandfather was Arthur Glenn Stanford. Ivaleta was my mother's cousin. I believe I had written the manager of her memorial page a while back, and I had asked her to link Ivaleta to her parents, but it hasn't been done. I will write her and ask again.

Barbara Kropp, Condon Grove Cemetery

Thanks for taking care of Barbara Watkins/Kropp.

I don't know if you know this, but when you enter a memorial for a woman that has been married twice, you are suppose to just enter the last name she had when she died. For example, Barbara should be entered as Barbara Jean Kropp and add her maiden name in that field (if you know it).

Her first husband's name was Watkins, but that should just be entered in the bio, not in the "last name" field. If you try to search Barbara by the last name Kropp, it won't show up the way you have it listed. Try it.

RE: A P Lewis
You are very welcome. Sorry for the long wait. I too do not live extremely close. However, I have taken pictures of about every grave marker there now so if you need any others, please let me know. If you are in a "hurry", please put in the photo request. If you do that, I go back through the pictures to find them. Otherwise after I get the rest of the cemetery input, I will begin to upload pictures again. I used to do both at the same time, but it just took so long. I'm now using the spreadsheet method and will add the pictures later. In addition, if you want the picture in a higher resolution to zoom etc, please e-mail me and I'll get it to you via e-mail.

RE: Willie & Mattie Davis ~ Oaklawn
You're very welcome ...

Gee ... I have no idea. My guess is that her maiden name was Brown.

Gorman Oaklawn Cemetery is an active cemetery ... actually two cemeteries which have grown together; and I think it is managed by an association ... at least there is an online address for such an association in Desdemona. The association probably has records from 1979 to reveal the name of the mortuary.

RE: Laura Francis Davis
I did add Nancy's photo on her page. It isn't the greatest because there is a huge tree right in front of the marker. I did the best I could. I'm sorry it isn't better.

RE: Laura Francis Davis
I'm sorry but no military stone was visible or I would have taken the photo. I always double check for any extra markers.

RE: maude spillman
I really don't know what to say. The funeral home gave me a specific location and I walked the area and I could not find a headstone. They could have given me a wrong location?

RE: jw lee
I would contact Dallas Historical Society. Other than them, I have no idea. Good luck
