RE: PETERSEN FAMILY
Sorry, now I understand Louisa is a Petersen who married a Jenson and is the sister of Henry. I added Henry so I could link them all together. I will have someone head up to the cemetery to see if there is a headstone yet. Did Henry ever marry? Who was Louisa's husband?

Louisa is buried in Kobel and is in Find-a-grave
Find A Grave Memorial# 65919643

Why is her name Jenson? Did she divorce Henry?

RE: PETERSEN FAMILY
I can find the Social Security Death info on Henry, but nothing else. No local obits. I can't find anything on Louise. She is not listed in the Social Security Death index. When the 1940 census come out in April I hope to be able to find both of them.

The Alvin there is probably a brother of George

Please answer the following questions...

1) Is Henry the son of George and Eleanor buried there?

2) Do you know where Henry and Louise were born? In the US?

3) When did the family move to Columbia County?

4) Again, what makes you believe Henry and Louise are buried at Kobel Cemetery?

Hi Lynne,

I have been checking the web to see where you could get the rest of the dates.
Go to:
www.worcesterdiocese.org/
That is the Worcester Diocese.
Go to Departments
There is a drop down menu
Go to St John Cemetery System

The Cavalry Cemetery shows as Oxford Ave ( I don't know why)but it is the same cemetery.

Hope this helps.

RE: PETERSEN FAMILY
What makes you sure they are buried at here?

Why do you think this is the wrong Alvin? Do you have dates.

Was Fritz a nicknake of Henrys or is that a previous last name. Is this a relation of Mark Fritz?

Thanks

Mark

9 days is a very reasonable time to answeer - especially when you consider that I work, and I gave been sick. If you "talk" to other people on this site the same way, you can't possibly have many (if ANY)friends. Other people would have taken at least a month to answer you.
I put all of this info on Find-A-Grave to try to help other people. It appears that you haven't bothered to help other people.
The gravestone for your grandparents have only the years, and not the "full dates."

RE: PETERSEN FAMILY
Could you give me a few more details on them, full names and birth and death dates, and I will see what I can find on them.

Was it Henry (Fritz) Petersen and Louisa Jensen Petersen?
