Bio Photo I have now been with Find A Grave over five years. I believe that helping other's that are not able to be here for themselves is away to show our extension of ourselves. I have lived in Butte, MT for almost 19 years and have found that if you have the nationality of the person it also helps in locating a grave. I am also doing family history and may request help in locating family tombstones also. May the blessing of locating our families be with each and everyone!

RE: Thomas B Pearce
I'm sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. As for Thomas B. Pearce, I believe he is buried next to a Matthew Rodgers, and a person by the last name of Toy. I can't provide any dates as that is why I was hoping to get a picture of the grave. I think he died sometime in the late 1800's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Greg

Thank You
Thank you so much for the work you did for me at Holy Cross Cemetery. I had no idea that they would have no markers. So sad. One of them is my 2nd great grand mother. Her husband is buried here in Michigan with a really nice headstone. She went to Montana to live with her daughter after her husband died.

I appreciate your time on my behalf.

RE: McElhenney @ Holy Cross
How kind of you to go to the trouble to do all those headstones. I like to have a close up portrait, a headstone, a birth certificate, a death certificate and a marriage certificate for each person in the family tree. As you, I'm sure, know - a headstone is probably the most enduring of all these possibilities and is often all the record we have left of our ancestors. Thank you for helping,
Tom Walden

RE: Local searches
I was just printing a poem that I found on line.
Title: The Recording Of A Cemetery, by Thelma Greene Reagan.
I would like to send it to you as an attachment, but I would need your e-mail address.
