RE: Perkins
Sorry, I don't know for sure if he is buried there. I believe he died in 1985 and its likely he would be buried at Wakeman Twp Cemetery, but when I took the photos of his parents' tombstones I did look for other Perkins family markers and did not find one for him in that area of the cemetery.

FYI
I attempted to take the photos as a volunteer, like you, for the same photo requests from other people looking for family member's graves. I had a pleasant experience, unlike yours. I had no complaint against Manasota Memorial Park. Money or cash exchanges or charges were not part of my experience. They provided everything to me at no cost. None of the pictures I took were for members of my family or part of my heritage, every one involved are total strangers. Other members of the Find A Grave community have taken pictures that I have requested, I'm only trying to repay the Find A Grave community that has helped me so much.

Manasota Memorial Park
Hello
Yesterday I volunteered to take photos at Manasota Memorial Park. After your run-in, I didn't know what to expect.
Call me lucky or I looked like a prospective client, but everything went very smoothly!
Two people, Kevin Bean and Ivan Schumann, assisted me promptly and curteously. Couldn't ask for friendlier folks.
They printed 8 maps of the areas I needed to visit, and listed each individual at the right location on the maps.
Talk about night and day experiences.

RE: Manasota
Absolutely!! That place is very large. She wanted to charge $50! She also assumed that I was being paid for what I was doing.

RE: Manasota
I think you misunderstood me. They literally would not look it up for me. They wanted to charge me a fee to look up where the person was buried. All I did was call and then go to the office and ask for the section/plot where so and so was buried.
