Bio Photo Please feel free to copy any cemetery photos I've taken for your own use. You do not need to ask my permission.

I have been doing Pyle research for over 40 years, but am fairly new to Find A Grave. I try to add all the Memorial #s to my database as part of my documentation and find it extremely helpful.

I am happy to go digging around in nearby country cemeteries to look for other people's lost loved ones. I once, literally, dug up a stone that was buried.

I even take a list of requests for counties when I go on vacation and have a little extra time. If I don't have a request, I may just photograph interesting looking stones and post them on FindAGrave.

Please feel free to ask me for any kind of help. I'm happy to do it.

RE: Julia Ann Pyle
Hi Jill,
I have a copy of the marriage certificate of Julia and Fielding Atchison. Yes, I have William Pyle as signer for Julia. I got the same response for getting her birth certificate. It seems very suspect that Julia and Edwin have the same birth day and they aren't twins. I tried to prove Col John Pyle as a Patriot for membership to DAR, but I get hung up on who Julia's father is. It would be nice to have the proof, but I am like you, I will join her with Nicholas and Mary in my tree. Did you say you have a Bible that verifies this? I am sorry, I don't have you message in front of me. If that is so, would you be willing to copy that page and send/e-mail it to me? That would be my proof for DAR. I would also need a copy of the outside and/or some kind of page for the name of the Bible. As I said, I might have misunderstood. I think, other than that, we have both hit the same brick wall. I appreciate your information. I will keep trying to find info from someone and share with you if I find something.
Monica.

Julia Ann Pyle
I am a relative of Fielding Atchison and Julia Ann Pyle. I am looking for a source that verifies Julia as a daughter of Nicholas. Do you have a source? I tried the birth certificate route to no avail. Thank you for anything you could help with.

Thank you!!!!
Hi Jill...

Thank you SOOOOO much for photographing Francis and George Wiley's headstones! It can be so difficult getting information sometimes, especially when you're in a different country ;)

I really appreciate it!

RE: Removal of photos for James & Lula Wallis
OK, Jill - I see that the extra photos are gone now. Thanks for taking care of it. Also, thanks very much for the photos of Fannie Wallis Click & her husband's headstone. I accidentally sent the request from my hubby's computer one day (he is always logged onto FindaGrave too) but I was the one who wanted them (my relatives).
Thanks again for all your help and good work - very nice photos!
Take care,
Jean

Removal of photos for James & Lula Wallis
Hi Jill,
Your new photos look great - thanks so much for going to the trouble of going back & retaking them.
The old photos are gone on James' memorial (I didn't delete them, so I assume that you did). However, when I tried to delete the old photos on Lula's memorial, the system did not give me that option (but it does give me the option to delete the photo I posted for her). Is it possible that only you can delete them? I don't think I've ever tried to delete photos that other members posted, even when I was the maintainer of the memorial.
Let me know if you can't delete them & I'll contact the FindaGrave mgmt & ask them about how to handle.
Thanks for all your help!
Jean

Fannie Click
Jill - I think that it was my wife Jean who wanted this photo but she must have been working at my computer & logged onto FAGrave as me.
I will let her know about the photo & problem. Thanks for your help.
