I was born at Travis AFB in Fairfield, California. My father was born in Iowa and my mother in Texas. I've now lived in both states. Currently in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I'm married with two grown sons and one granddaughter.|
I'm an eleven year breast cancer survivor and volunteer through the American Cancer Society as a Reach to Recovery advocate. It is my hope through education and research there will someday be a cure for all cancers. Until then, I will continue to be a volunteer, support those who have been diagnosed, and honor survivors.
In November 2010 I retired. It was my mother-in-law who peaked my interest in genealogy. I'm currently seeking information for the Bahlmanns, Malzahns, Hagedorns and Bremers from Germany and Bremer/Chickasaw Counties in Iowa; Banks, Taylor, Jones, Reynolds, Fanning, Roberson and Elliott families from Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, South Carolina, and Hunt County Texas.
I became a member of The National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution Lucretia Council Cochran Chapter in Arlington, TX on October 6, 2012. My gggg grandfather, Samuel R. Reynolds #A095841 served four tours in the Revolutionary War. The first beginning March 16, 1780 in Spartanburg Dist SC, under Capt. Benjamin Kilgore. He served three other tours under the following officers: Capt. Nesbit, Col. William Fair, Lt. Cliff Casey, Maj. John Ford and William Blossingame.
My interests are genealogy, photography, gardening, NASCAR, football (although I live in Cowboy country I'm still a die hard Viking fan), baseball, and traveling. The thing I enjoy most is spending time with my precious granddaughter. My favorite quote "Happiness is wanting what you have".
Please feel free to use any of the photos I've posted on my memorials. Contact me for any corrections or transfers.

I put the photo up. Strange how it works. After all these years I can still hear her raspy voice. Great little gal. Good memories.
|Cindy Lovell & Steve Hols||Bernita Grace Bannister Heine|
Hello, I have put up a photo of Bernita's stone and it reads 1915 -1987 and I am wondering if it is correct as your dates show 1983. I knew her but it hass been a long time since she passed and I forget the date. I'll have to dig butI think i still have a photo of her in a santa outfit.
Let me know your thoughts on the date.
