Hello, my name is Steve Jackson and I live in New Jersey although most all of my relatives are currently from the Missouri and Illinois area migrating form North Carolina and Virginia areas.|
I've tried to collect the genealogical research that my mother and her sisters have compiled and place it into a computerized database for others to see.
When I began this project I thought it would be a simple task. After all how long would it take to transfer what was already written, into a computer database? To my surprise that was over 26 years ago and I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel from where I'm standing. Overall it's been a very interesting experience but there have been times when it's been extremely frustrating.
I also enjoy photography so photographing gravesites works well into both hobbies.

Thank you for the photos of Isaac Hill and his grandson Melchesdek Hill. Your photos show the inscriptions better than any photos of their graves that I have seen.
|Graver Gal||John Henry Robinson|
I added the information for John. Thanks.
I would be happy to transfer if this is a relative. Let me know.

Great photo and thanks for getting it. I tried to do him justice in his bio and now with the photo, we have a real good entry. There are some stories of him on the 'net and in the archives of the Wash Post and even the N.Y. Times. He was one of those folks who just did a job but you're were sort of glad you met him...

Until you obtained the photo I had no idea what was the problem with her marker; an entry on another website and the cemetery itself is not sure whether she is in there or not. Since nobody knows and there's no info on her apparently anywhere, you added the fact that she may still be alive. Unless and until proven otherwise, we'll just let that one stand. Good call! And a good photo Thanks...
|Brian Molloy||Thank You|
Thank you so much for providing me with the photos of John Malloy's gravemarker as well as those for Herbert Straub and his wife, Jean.
I very much appreciate your kind service and hope I can return the favor someday!
