** PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ADD photographs of headstones to memorials I have added or manage. I have many photos to add myself. My member ID will show as "Maureen". I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT ENTER PHOTOS ON MY MEMORIALS!!! (With the exception of only one person) Thank you.**
Originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania my family moved to Arizona many years ago. I appreciate those FAG members who are willing to transfer my family members even though they may not be within the "4 generation" FAG guidelines. This site is not to see who can out do the next person.

RE: Della Sullivan
I do believe I got her information from cayuga county cemetery association. I believe the records are now on line. I understand if you go to cayuga county historical records and you schools find cemetery lists.

I saw something about the soccer game, but didn't know USA won. I played volleyball in college and loved it.

Hi,

I put the corrections through for everything on this family, but Lena's.

I added manually her maiden name, middle name, but since the spelling on her stone says "Lena" I kept that as the spelling for her nickname.

Hope this helps?

Have a great day!!

Hi Maureen, transfer granted and have a great visit. May be following your path in Sept. 2015. Let me know your tree line. My family has been in that area since the year of 1800.

RE: Beck family
Hey there, Maureen. Kathryn "Annie" Huey was the 2nd wife to my 2nd great grandfather (maternal side), Felix X. Beck, Sr. He married her after his 1st wife, Mary "Alice" McGuire passed away. Annie and Felix did not have any children. So, unfortunately we are not related. I also went to Calvary Cemetery and headstone for her was never arranged, apparently. A bit sad!

Just checking in
Hi Maureen,

Things are going pretty good here, really cold so I'm spending a lot of time tracking down my relatives, as you know I have a goal and am proceeding on with it. Many more of my family have been transferred to me and I have located many others that were not listed on Find A Grave.

Entering them and making the connections is very satisfying, more steps in my journey.

Hope you are well and warm,
Janie

Thanks for your support
As you can see by the numbers on my page I have twice as many transfers as I have added, so many gracious and helpful people out there. Most but not all only had the minimum information on them. I appreciate and applaud those who go out and photograph and list large sections of cemeteries, their work has helped me locate and connect many family members. I do a great amount of research before I even ask for a transfer, I want to make sure I get it right. I have made some mistakes and made corrections as soon as I realized my errors. In the case of my cousin Gerard Oeler because of his grave marker I wasn't sure it was him. Several phone calls and much research verified it for me. I too hope to get the transfer, how nice it will be for my family to see the chain of relatives all on one page.

Again thanks for you support, we'll see what happens.

O'Hara's - Calvary
from the FAQ's: What kind of photos may be added to a memorial page?
Any contributor can upload an appropriate photo to any memorial regardless of who manages the page. No permission from the memorial manager is needed. However, if there is already a photo of the headstone, do not add a second similar photo unless the original is of poor quality and the new photo is dramatically better. This leaves room for photos of the deceased within the five-photo limit on unsponsored memorials. Please note that it is not appropriate to delete a page and substitute it with a new memorial that you have created just because you don't like a photo that someone else has added. If the photo is an appropriate addition to the memorial, it will be allowed to remain.
