Memphis Memory Garden doesn't like to spend time getting the locations of the graves fo me, so if you could call the cemetery and get the location of Mr. Cattaneo grave i will gladly take this photo for you.

The date of death should be August 5 instead of the 7th as shown on the headstone.

Elijah Cooper

Thanks for your message of some months ago, and please accept my apologies for the late response. I am so sorry! I seem to have inadvertently deleted your message, which then slipped my mind. I recall, though, that it was a gracious request, either about transferring Elijah Cooper's memorial page, or updating it with additional info.
As a rule, I don't transfer pre-1900 entries, as it's just too slippery a slope all around. I'm always glad, however, to make corrections, include family links, or expand a bio with additional details, as well as acknowledge the person who provided the info, unless he/she prefers to remain anonymous. Re: transfers, the "Virtual Cemetery" feature is an alternative worth considering, as it enables Find-a-Grave members to include any entry on the website in a family tree or other grouping. If you would like me to expand Elisha Cooper's entry, though, just leave a message on my member page.

Best regards,
Nikita Barlow

While photographing a cousin's marker, in the infant section across the street, I photographed a group of markers which included the Cattaneos as well as my great-grandmother Sallie Padgett Morti Strehl.
