Wettengel Family
Debra, I've been researching my Wettengel ancestors for quite some time. I am not sure how yet, but I believe Barbara and Anton Wettengel and their children are somehow related to my branch of the family. A holy card from Barbara Wettengel's funeral was in the family collection given to me. My mother is Joan Wettengel. My grandfather was Joseph Anthony Edward Wettengel. My great-grandfather was Joseph Wettengel. I recently established memorial pages for them, as well as my great aunt, Mary Magdalene Wettengel, and great uncles, Alfred and John Wettengel. I'd like to compare notes if you would be interested.

Louis & Sannie Baker
They are not family to me that I know of. I took a photo of Sannie's mother's grave and created a memorial for her. I don't remember why, but I searched her children, and found Sannie's and Louis' obits. I have posted them on the memorials. I do not have more than what the obits say. No burials mentioned, so they may have been cremated, don't know. If you would like the memorials transferred, send the request thru the edit function.

RE: Filson Family
On August 14, I had a massive heart attack with renal failure and spent August and September in the hospital. I'm sorry I could not respond to your requests but I had no ability to do that in the hospital (wish I had a laptop). I will try to answer your requests, if I can physically do it, but I am still in recovery. Again, I'm sorry I could not respond. I do not know if I will be able to continue my Findagrave activities, I'm still trying to figure that out.

RE: Charity Hall
Hi Debra,
The location of Charity's resting place comes from the records of the cemetery. That's how I saw she passed away at the old Agnews State Hospital. Do you know if she was a patient there or an employee? If she had been a patient in those days, the hospital wouldn't have supplied a marker and a fact of life is a lot of families couldn't cope with the stigma back then. Here's the positive: Mission City is an old cemetery that in 'the old days' not only didn't keep records, they didn't organize placement of burial sites. So, although there isn't a marker, we were lucky that there was a record showing location! Here's more positive news. Mission City is well maintained with beautiful large old shade trees. It is inviting and the public use it like a park, strolling and jogging. It's not a lonely foreboding area. It's well established with many famous locals buried there. It's been written up in a local book, and a self-guided tour is offered. Your 3rd great Auntie, whatever her circumstances, is resting in a lovely area and in good company. Dottie

Charity Hall
Hi Debra,
The burial site is located in a large Block of land directly across from the cemetery office. Although there is no marker, it is a lovely shaded area. Let me know if your interested in a picture of the area without a marker. Dottie

Hi Debbie,

I also just uploaded recently some more Wettengel photos from near the east entrance of St. Joseph's Cemetery. I thought you might wish t check out those, as well.

Are you a Wettengel relative?

More Wettengels at Riverside Cemetery
Hi Debra,

I just uploaded photos for multiple WETTENGEL memorials which I had to create. They are in Riverside Cemetery in Appleton, WI.

Since you were looking for some in St. Joseph Cem. next door, I thought you might be interested.

Regards,
Julie
