|Shirley Lorenz||John Alexander Wallace|
Hi Nancy. Thank you for adding my Great Grandfather John Alexander Wallace. In doing research on my Wallace side of the family, I had been hitting a brick wall. I knew that he was buried down home in St. Patricks cemetery along with his son Ralph (my Grandfather) and other family members. I remember going there as a kid, I also have photos of the headstones and a few photos of him. My mom (his grand-daughter) thought the world of him and even though she was only nine when he died, always remembered him fondly as he had lived with them.
May I ask how/if you are related to the Wallaces? I am getting ready to add others to St. Patricks Cemetery and also to Old Winchester Cemetery where John Alexander Wallaces wife Eliza Maude Ebey Wallace is buried.
Thanks much, Shirley Lorenz

Hi Nancy. I would be interested in learning more about the Wiatt family tree that you mentioned. How far back, or how far forward, are the records?
Do you know who the parents of James Wiatt (b. 1800) are ??
I would like to see if he can be connected to the Wiatts from Gloucester County, Va.
Thank you, William

I want you to have information on Charles' parents to post. The Edit button is not working for his memorial, as it says some relationship changes are pending, but I think something is malfunctioning, because of the way the message is stated by Find A Grave.
Charles' mother is Wilhelmina "Mina" Diller Smith, Find A Grave Memorial #132636523, through her first marriage to Joseph Sibert (1831-1860). She then married Daniel Smith, and added several children to her two from the first marriage. There is currently no memorial for Joseph, but I will put one up if I can determine where he is buried.
