I was born in Lakeland, FL, 8/7/47. My Thornton & England |
ancestry comes from Hickman County, TN. I have 2 daughters, the older lives in central FL. My youngest daughter lives in Hope Mills, NC. She is an officer in the Army, stationed at Ft Bragg.
I lived in Lakeland until 1971, when I moved to Auburndale, FL, & lived there until 4/06 when I moved to NC. I live in Fayetteville.
I love photography, in particular photographing stones in old cemeteries, nature & Civil War Reenactments. I hope I will be able to help those that need photos taken of decendant's gravestones. I have physical limitations & haven't been able to get out in several months. I truly appreciate those that have been able to take photos of my family members who came from Hickman County, TN.

Hi, we also share a common ancestor, through the Hassell name. I received a copy, through email, of a Hassell Family history book, if you are interested & do not have it, I could email you the link.
Can you connect or link Annie L. England as John M. England spouse. They also have 3 children that need to be linked as well. They are Marjorie Lee England, William Bryan England & Freddie Lanier England. They are buried at England Cemetery in Dickson, Tennessee
|Constance A. Stinson||Thornton family|

In order for me to transfer ownership, you have to go to the persons memorial page and request a transfer.

There are quite a few markers that are very hard to read and they might be some of the other ones you requested. I have a neighbor that has a book with all the names in the England cemetery before 1990 and I'm going to see if that will help me identify the ones that ar hard to read. I am going to enter some more names and pictures for the England cemetery today and the next few days. I hope that will be a help to you. If you want to request ownership of the four I hve posted already, I would be glad to transfer them to you if they are part of your lineage.

Bless you! I really appreciate it! :)
It's been hot here, too. I rode by a cemetery today and it made me sick to just think about getting out of the car, pulling grass, and taking photos in the heat. I am ready for Halloween or Thanksgiving weather!
Thanks again! Take care.
|Just Plain Nosy||I hate to bother you....|
A few months back you were nice enough to get some Parker photos for me at Adcock Cemetery in Hope Mills, N.C. Well, the original contributor of the memorials had all of his memorials deleted. :(
I re-added the memorials for J. H. and Ollie Parker.
Is there a chance you still have their photos saved? If so I would greatly appreciate it if you could re-add them. If not, I understand completely.
J. H. Parker
and his wife
Thank you for your trouble!

Anna... Please take care of yourself and when you are up to it I will appreciate any photos you can add to the memorials.
I appreciate all of you volunteers but you should not do it at the risk of your health.
Please take care of yourself and God bless.

You have my sympathies! My sinuses and allergies have been giving me trouble lately, too. There's just too much pollen out there this year.
Thank you once again. I really do appreciate it! :)
