Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns regarding any of the memorials that I have posted. My information is only as good as the information that I can find and sometimes that isn't always correct. |
If I have any pictures on these memorials that I have posted that you would like to use for your genealogy purposes, please feel free to use them as you wish. However, if someone else posted a picture, please make sure to check with them first.
Corrections -- please allow time for me to get corrections made on these memorials. I work a full time job and have been putting in a lot of overtime. I also have children to attend to. I cannot always get to the corrections right away and it may take me a couple months to get your corrections processed. If you send me an email or leave a message on this site, and I don't respond right away please be patient, I will work on all corrections as time allows. Your patience is much appreciated.
Thanks!! -- Cathy :)

|Genia Johnson Daniels||Johnson Family|
Hi Cathy, I'm Genia Daniels. I live in SW Missouri. I know you transferred some of the Johnson graves to Joyce Wilson, but I thought I'd check the information you have also. John P Johnson buried in Graceland Cemetary is my paternal 4th Great Grandfather. My family has been searching his parents for 2 years and I noticed you have his parents as Isaac and Elizabeth Riley Johnson. I was wondering if you had any hard copies of anything to prove that? You can also just email me and we can visit about these Johnson's. My email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Any information you have would be greatly appreciated more than you know!!!

Yes, Anna is the wife of Anthony and Alvin (in my family tree) is their son. Thank You Cathy.

Thank You for the transfer Kathy. No problem on the timing as it means a lot to me. There were several of my Garth and Welch relatives that moved into Webster City after farming. I had several Gravemarkers for Mary Garth and her adult children that lived with her reset and cleaned at Cass Cemetery. I had Kalin Johnson out of Ft Dodge do the work and they look real nice. Just had a military marker put on my oldest brothers grave in Missouri and bought a headstone for Grandparents John and Hattie Moats at Graceland that never had one. There bodies were moved from a small church at Woolstock, IA when the church property and cemetery sold. I appreciate your postings. Clayton
|Debbie Prime||Selma Quam/Infant Quam|
Hello, my name is Debbie Prime and I live in Eugene Oregon. My genealogy records shows the parents Severt Quam #123975313 and Engeborg # 123975267 had 8 children. I just sent in an addition of one of their children Gertrude # 330132649, that may not be connected to them yet. My question is, I am wondering if Selma Quam# 123975294 and infant Quam #123975283 are the same person??? My thought is that maybe later when one of the parents died that they also included the infant's name since it is a marker with the three names. . . . .Do you have any thoughts on this? Wondering if they are located near each other in the cemetery? I know sometimes family want to have a newer, nicer headstone. With Gertrude's new addition, the family would have had 9, and my records show 8. If you can check into this in any way, I would appreciate it very much.

Re: # 129474524 Dora Davis
My grandmother Hellen McDora Howe Davis is buried in the Graceland Cemetary. Her DOB and DOD match the dates on the headstone pictured. How can I acertain if these two people are one in the same? I cannot find Hellen's cemetary records. Any help you can provide will be appreciated as I'm thoroughly confused.
|Linda Hicks||Incorrect DOD|
Memorial # 18688442 Richard M Wayman DOD is February 13, 2005, not 2003 as noted. I am Richard's daughter and know this information to be accurate.
|Linda Doile Morris||Elsie & Charles Carlson|
Cathy, could you please tell me if you are from this couple. I have a tree with Elsie's family so far back it has even shocked me. lol Her parents were Eugene Thompson Carlson and Levina Cardiff. It is the Cardiff family I follow. It goes back to Christopher Cardiff 1748 & Margaret Pamphillion. Beyond Margaret is a hugh amount of family going back to James Stanley, 8th Earl of Derby. He was beheaded by Oliver Cromwell as well as Charles the 1st was. Let me know
|Mary J Nelsen||Joseph and Sarah Van Buskirk|
I just sent you Obituaries for them via the edit system but I may have goofed up and send both of them to Joseph's memorial. I resent Sarah's to her memorial. Please just ignore the extra one for him and I am sorry for the trouble. Thanks so much.
