You're very welcome. I'll pass your thanks along to the cemetery office for helping with the location, and to my friend that I dragged along to with me. We're happy to have helped!

Hi - Rather than delete anything, I sponsored the memorial so you can add up to 20 photographs. Perhaps not as much for this specific memorial, but in general I feel there is value in photos from different years.
The effect of weather and cemetery maintenance take their toll on markers, and sometimes the marker has suffered serious damage such as cracks or has become dislodged. I hope you will indulge my opinion and I suppose my vanity in retaining all grave photos. If your upload needs exceed 20, then of course I'll comply.
Sure glad you're enjoying working through this family. When I first discovered Find A Grave I had no idea of its value in general research. So often by looking at extended burials an illusive relative is discovered, especially women.
Our age of personal computers has been such a huge benefit to genealogy research. I truly do not know if I would have the same enthusiasm if I was totally dependent upon requesting data through the post office and waiting for replies.
We owe an unpayable debt of gratitude to those who did indeed wait for relies to their innumerable letters, as well as the hours spent scrolling through countless reels of microfilm.
I also enjoy "meeting" fellow researchers, which is so easy for us today but probably not at all common in those days of letter writing. Excuse my long reply, I do get carried away. Have a wonderful New Year ~ Nancy

Management transferred. BTW, I've added Bertram F (Golden Gate National cemetery) to my photo list for the next time I'm up that way.
