I have been working on my genealogy for about five years now and have started to help others with theirs. I have also started collecting photos for requests in my area. Great fun!|

May I have your permission to use your tombstone photos for my family genealogy records? I always give credit to the photographer. Thank you.

HI - - you're very welcome. I do so many of these that withour a name of your great Aunt, I don't know who you mean. It's moot; I am happy you are pleased and hope you enjoyed Germany.

I SEE YOU HAVE TWO OF THE MINTUN FAMILY.
I HAVE THREE MORE: EDWIN, MARTHA AND ROY.
DO YOU HAVE A CONNECTION TO ANY OF THESE?

Sorry there were no markers for all three of them. The manager is a really super person and we did a double check as had not found them, so he went back to his books to make sure we where in the right place. His name is Mike Marsalek and the # is (805) 489-2475 for the cemetery. Good Luck! Sylvia Anderson

The Milligans I'm looking for are the same bunch you're talking about who founded Milligan, FL. The specific one I'm looking for is my great-great grandfather, Stephen Passmore Milligan (I've seen it listed as "Steven," too (b. about 1824). He was married to Martha Jane Helms (b. about 1833), who was the daughter of the Samuel Richmond Helms and Mary Susanna Carr Helms that you contributed to the Stewart Cemetery page.
Stephen Passmore Milligan's father, another Stephen Milligan, and his wife Susanna Passmore-Milligan, might be somewhere in the Santa Rosa or Okaloosa County area but we have no idea.
If you happen to hear anything about this bunch, I'd love to hear about it! I've been looking for them for years and years but I live in Chicago now so I'm not close enough to investigate myself.

Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph and upload the pics of the Helms family's stones in Stewart Cemetery! Volunteers like you are what make FindAGrave such a valuable resource for millions of us.
By chance, did you see any Milligan family stones in Stewart Cemetery? Family lore is that they're buried there but they're not listed as being there on FindAGrave.

Sorry for the typo. It has been corrected to Charles. I also posted info that I found from the California Death Index.
|Linda & Joe Richards||Josh Hart Memorial|
Thank you for the picture of his tombstone. After checking the other Hart buried in this cemetery, now I'm not so sure this is the Joshua Hart I was looking for. However, its volunteers who enjoy research and picture taking like you that make finding our ancestors possible.
