Hi Ken, thank you for creating the link. As for the message board, it's the one on your contributor's page. Last October (2010) someone left a message with an obituary of Jimmie. It's the most recent message on your board.
My interest? I'm just a volunteer with the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery and Findagrave. I primarily take photos of the headstones and upload them to the memorials, and send edits to the managers so they know the info from the stone is now available. I have taken a special interest in these veterans' graves because I am the daughter of a career AF man, one of five brothers who all served in the military at the same time during WWII; my husband was an army helicopter pilot in Vietnam and the reserves, his dad was a marine, his brothers were Air Force, Army, and Navy. All we're missing is the Coast Guard. The first time I stepped foot on the SVNC campus I was so moved. I was a recent widow and just about couldn't breathe at the sight. I decided to do what I could to get all these soldiers' memorials up and good. That's all.
Most of the memorials in the SVNC are major contributors, not family. Since you had the same surname, I took special notice and clicked on your bio.
Any thing I can do for you, just ask.

You are quite welcome. I was there to fill some of my own requests and made it a point to check for others.
