RE: Donald Lucas Jr,
I'm sorry that I put the wrong photo. I will search for Donald Lucas Jr tomorrow if weather permits.

RE: David Bartelson stone
It may have been Tony from the cemetery. When I called him today he told me that in situations of this kind he will, after the stone is placed, take a picture and send it to the family.

When he and I spoke today he told me he was in the process of assisting 2 families and he would check and call me back. When I didn't hear from him I figured his duties prevented him from calling me and I would just call him back tomorrow.

All the staff at Los Gatos Memorial have always been very helpful so, it had to be Tony who sent the picture.

Next time I come in contact with him I'll let him know the picture was appreciated.

I checked with the cemetery but, Iíll need to call back on Monday (8/1/2013) when Tony, the staff member who placed the order with the monument company, will be back to work. Iíll let you know what I find out.

David Bartelson, Los Gatos Memorial
I went by David Bartelson's gravesite again today and there is still no marker installed.

I'll try to get down there as often as I can to check on it for a photo for you.

RE: Conrad Reutzel info
Further research on Conrad----he was living with Henry and Katie Longbine at Hope, Dickenson Co., Kan. on their Mar 1, 1895 census. The Longlines were still there on the 1900 census but Conrad was not with them then. So he must have died between 1895 and 1900. Can't find him on Find A Grave.

You can view Margaretha's memorial yourself on Find A Grave. Search for Margaretha Reutzel, Clay County, Ne. Let me know if you don't find it. She has a very readable stone.

RE: Conrad Reutzel info
Sorry, I guess the Conrad and Anna Reutzel in Neligh are the wrong ones. In doing some further research on Ancestry and Find A Grave I think they were living in Momence , Fillmore Co., Ne in 1880. Their names were listed as Conrad and Margratha Reutxel. There is a Margaretha Reutzel buried in the Sutton Cemetery in Clay Co., Ne, which is right next door to Fillmore Co. Her bio states she was the wife of Conrad Reutzel. She was born in 1835 and died Jul 20, 1884. Can't find any trace of Conrad!!

RE: Betty Petersen #154624627
I don't know anything about an obit for Betty and do not know if she was a Reutzel; however, Conrad and Anna Reutzel are both buried in Laurel Hills Cemetery in Neligh, as is Betty. They are on Find A Grave.
