Corrections ~ Transfer Requests ~ Family Links ~ Questions
Many of the memorials I've added are a result of headstone photos taken "Along The Way". Please use the Edit tab on any memorial I've added, to suggest a correction, or provide additional information (i.e. maiden name, spouse, parents, etc.) or to request a transfer.
Note: permission granted to use any headstone photo I've added to Find A Grave (contributed by AlongTheWay) for any genealogical use, as long as they are not offered for sale.
To send me a private message for any other reason, go to Mitzi's memorial page, click on the Edit tab & select the option: "Suggest a correction or provide additional information".

JUNE 2014 UPDATE: Approximately 13,000 Memorials (for various cemeteries in southern Wisconsin) were transferred to me from THIS CONTRIBUTOR. They were originally added by this INACTIVE Contributor. I am gradually working on fixing many errors & duplicates, and making corrections as I can determine. By all means, willing to transfer to family and/or others who have more information. Just ask.

Thanks to the links to her parents- changes made.
Me and my computer couldn't get together this morning.
Sorry for the 'no change' email you will get.

|CJE Culver||Charles and Sarah Sutcliffe edits|
Thank you for the additions and suggestions. I greatly appreciate them.
I have retained the images of the obituaries, and have accepted your corrections, with one exception.
Both Charles' and Sarah's obits specify they passed away at their home "six miles north" of Mazomanie. Checking maps, I find this would put them across the Wisconsin River into Sauk Co., so I've specified that on the F-a-G memorials. I'd assumed the home referred to was their homestead sw of Mazomanie, in Iowa Co., but see now they must have moved prior to their deaths. The homestead must already have passed to eldest son Robert.
I have not pursued Robert W.'s line, so the only info I have on Eva is from cemetery records. Based on that, I would assume she was the wife of Charles in the same lot, but I have nothing to confirm it.
|Kathy Ripke||Mate Dowd vs Mate Lees in the Ohio Cemetery in Rio, WI|
I added an explanatory paragraph on my memorial for Mate Dowd, but did not delete it as you suggested. Mate Lees is a separate individual, buried at a different location within the Ohio cemetery. There is a picture of her grave on the pictures of Wisconsin gravestones website you directed me to look at.
Thank you for prompting me to make my memorial clearer.
Yes, I did find a last name for her using some family information I had. She is a distant relative of my Loesers. See # 125466792
So you could delete yours if you wish.

I'll go ahead and add the memorial pages for his daughters. I'll double check the family Bible page for the birth info. Thanks for you note and for adding the connections (links).

That's fine. Ask any time, I like to try to find out things like that... happy Fall!
|GeekyGraveGirl||RE: If you consider this|
Thus far I have not found anything in our area of Kansas about these folks. I found an Amos Jenkins, but it was not the right one. I'll keep my eyes peeled, so to speak.
Uff Da! I missed the name on the large stone. I'll add that to the re-take list to get the rest of the date. Thanks for the good catch!

Thank You so Much for the transfers, I have all of the info on all of the Rasmussens, would you rather I edit or ask for transfers?

Thanks for your message. When I pulled up the site, noticed that it was not updated. So going to his records, decided to update.
I don't any further information.
