|Kendra Logston||Eppel Family|
I noticed a message that you had sent to Julie Nelson regarding Catherine 'Katie' Eppel Schaaf (#69098195) and I was wondering if you have any more information on her parents and siblings. I believe that Fred Eppel (#67325729) was her brother and I was hoping you could verify that. Fred is my great-great-great grandfather and any information that you may have would be appreciated. Thanks, Kendra

you are very welcome
Judy it could be possible that
Johan passed in 1888 instead of 1868 as the stone is very difficult to read. The next time I am up in the cemetery I will try to look again to see if I can make it out more clearly. In the meantime I can remove the current death date until we can confirm a legible correct date. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
There is no other information available that I am able to find. The Historical Oregonian issues end in 1987 and the national search starts in 1990+ so I'm unable to check further on the newspaper source.
She is the only person with the last name Musser at Riverview cemetery.
p.s. Please use the 'edit' tab to communicate because it provides a link to the memorial. Leaving a public message requires looking up the memorial and then returning to your message.
Thanks for your consideration.

Very interesting bio for Gunnie!
If there are other family members you might want to also manage, please send their memorial number along with your contributor number, and I will be happy to transfer those as well.

I have transferred management of this memorial to you. Always glad to find others who are working on their family histories.
My great-great-grandparents Ole and Helvene (Eberlin)Swenson and my great-great-great-grandparents Halvor and Margit Svendsen are all buried at South Arkdale Cemetery, among other relatives, which is why I photographed the entire cemetery. I also have relatives at West Arkdale and East Arkdale Cemeteries.

The memorial number you used is not for Otto Johnson.
Otto Johnson 11996532
Hi Steve and thanks for the great work you do. This is Otto Johnson born 11 Aug. 1878 in Trempeleau Co. WI to Norwegian immigrants Halvor C. Johnson (original name was Halvor Kristiansen) and his wife Pernille ("Nellie") Tostensdatter, who later emigrated to the Ashely, ND area. Judy

Throughout my research I found another John H Beard with wife Mary that also lived in the same area of Missouri at the same time...so not sure I can help??...what info do you have about your John H Beard?...
Love the rooster for you pic. He looks like a real character.
