If I've left flowers on your family members' memorials, we're most likely related, related to my children's paternal ancestors, or 2nd hubby Tom's Colonial ancestors.

An amateur but long time genealogist, I welcome contact with distant or closely related family members. I've left DNA from the above surnames at 23andme, ftdna, and my mitochondria on openSNP.org.

If I don't answer your message, I'm dead!

Ms. RMR

Hi, You left flowers on my 3rd great grandfather Nicholas Springer's memorial. You wrote that you are 5th great grandson. If so then you are my 4th cousin 2 times removed. Please send me a email to my address on my FindAGrave profile. Ths.

I have made the corrections and transferred the memorial to you, as I am not related to her. I used to work on documenting this cemetery when I lived in the area. Hope you make the connections that you are looking for.

RE: Christian/Ernestine Wilde
Hi
I did a "search" on ALL my photo files, and I could not find them, so, they must have been deleted. But! I tell you what...next time we get in the area, we'll look for them, again, and get another picture. It won't be until Spring, now, though.

LOL on Santa. ;) I hope you got a better
computer,this time!?

Christian/Ernestine Wilde
The only thing you can read, on the stone, is the last name on the bottom. I took a photo of the stone, and the name. There's nothing else; no Christian, no Ernestine, no dates. The only way we knew it was them, was the age of the stone and the fact that it was so worn after so many years.

There are other, younger Wilde's, there; I took a photo of their grave (4 of them on one stone), but I don't know if/how they are related.

There is a single, granite stone for an Arnold Wilde; I have that one, too.

Ridderbusch
Did you say that a Ridderbusch is buried at St. John's Ev. Luth. Church Cemetery in Newtonburg, Wis.?

RE: Thanks for Find-A-Grave Photos!
Such a beautiful message!
What/Who did I do, to deserve such accolades?! :)
Seriously: Whose graves were they? I've done quite a few, in the past few days; it is sometimes hard to remember who asked for what.

I'm glad I could help. I enjoy doing it.

In Greenwood Cemetery where the Ridderbusch's are buried, if you will, please put directions on the page showing where the cemetery is. The cemetery is on County Road Y, just north of State Road 156, just east of Clintonville.

My wife & I went up to Embarrass to look for this cemetery & no one knew where this Greenwood Cemetery was.
