Bio and Links
I have been tracing my family for many years and now that I have found Find A Grave, I am trying to link families together from grave to grave. I just love doing this because it seems to bring a closer to the family when they are finally linked together. It is not just a lonely grave lost in a cemetery somewhere. A lot of the reason I do this is so that my children will be able to have a connection with their ancestors. I have a large family, 33 grandchildren and as of this date (March 2014) I have 76 great grandchildren. Who would have ever believed it!

Thank you!
I must thank you wholeheartedly for adding photos and genealogical information for John Brown and Martha Thistle Brown! They are my direct ancestors about 7 to 8 generations back and I've been looking for this information. Sincerely, a grateful granddaughter.

Keith Forrester Elder
I cannot see the actual death record and will not pay $26 to get a copy. The Huntingdon Gleaner from Huntingdon County Quebec records a marriage to Winnifred Lea on Sept 21, 1925 in Coronation ALBERTA. They are living in BC in 1957 , according to a voters list.
What is your connection to this Forrester family? My husband is a desendent of Janet Forrester and William Henderson.

Keith Forrester Elder
Please share your source for believing this person died as a child in Calgary. I question this fact because in the 1916 census for Alberta, a 15 year old Keith Elder , born in Quebec, was working in Bow River District as a labourer for a John McIntosh and a BC death record for a Keith Forrester Elder, born in Quebec Aug 1901, died in Nanaimo BC on Oct 27, 1967

RE: Elders and Smaills
Thank you for your message.
I'm happy to see the memorials go to someone who has a connection to the people and is willing to add the family links and bio info.

RE: Rex Leland Harrison
Glad to make contact again, Marilyn. My cousin Ronald Ford (also a grandchild of Lillian Harrison) and I are enjoying building family trees on Ron's is public - the Ford-Davis family tree.

We might be related. I have some Elders in my tree from the Huntingdon area.

Rex Leland Harrison
Hi, Marilyn. I saw that you posted a picture of Rex Harrison on Find A Grave. How are you related? My mother was Selma (Ford) Peterson, the daughter of Lillian (Harrison) Ford, so Rex was her uncle and my grand uncle.

RE: Browns
Hi Marilyn

No Problem. Let me know if you see any others. There is no way for me to properly manage all of these memorials. I had some spare time this week so I thought I would update this site to help out others that are doing research. Finding a long lost relative is like winning the lotto.

Have you ever visited this cemetery?

Happy Digging.
