|Creg Adkins||Smith and Shepherd Family Research|
My name is Creg Adkins. I am married to Helen Fugate, who is the daughter of your cousin Herschel Fugate.
I am working on family research and have hit a road block at your Maternal Grandparents, Silas Smith and Mary Shepherd. My Mother-In-Law, Shirley has helped me with all she can recall.
I am wondering if you have any information at all that may be helpful to get me past this. I would appreciate anything you would be willing to share with me; names, dates, stories, places, etc. Particularly want to get back a few more generations with the Smiths and Shepherds if possible!
You can contact me through email at email@example.com

I saw your correspondence with "Bob" a while back about the date of death of our common grandmother Nancy McFarland. I had written that she died in 1883, but I think this cannot be the case, since her husband William is listed in the 1880 Federal Census as being a widower. I think she and William were probably living with their bachelor son Charles in York when she died. I have deleted the 1883 date of death on her Findagrave memorial.

Are you saying the photo of the stone is wrong?
Or the date given in the memorial?
This photo was taken at the Plainfield Cemetery,
If you think the photo is wrong, I will remove it!
If it's the date, then I suggest you contact
