I've been doing genealogy on my family for several years now and love every minute of it.
I think this program is so awesome and look forward to helping anyone else looking for headstones or information on their family.
Please do not post Death Certificates on memorials that I have set up. I just don't think they should be posted on their memorials, you may add a link if you'd like.
BEING RESPECTFUL OF FIND A GRAVE VOLUNTEERS AND COPYRIGHT LAWS OF PHOTOS POSTED HERE I'VE DECIDED NOT TO POST HEADSTONE OR CEMETERY SIGN PHOTOS TO ANCESTRY AND AM INSTEAD ADDING THE MEMORIAL NUMBER. I KNOW OTHERS DON'T FEEL THIS WAY AND THINK IT'S FINE TO POST PHOTOS EVEN THOUGH THE OWNER HAS POSTED THEY CAN NOT.
I FEEL IT'S THE LEAST I CAN DO FOR SUCH AN AWESOME SITE AND THE BEST VOLUNTEERS EVER AND WITHOUT THEM WHERE WOULD WE BE? | |

My weakest point, or firmest wall, is the accurate identification of MAJ William Witcher's wife's (I believe there were two) and who the mother was for each of his children. Hello, I posted the picture of the headstone for Ms Livesay but after reading what was on your page that may not be what you wanted to do.... if so please contact me. You asked for a second grave of William Lunday at the Sandy cemetery. I could find three Lundays - a married couple and a child there is a space with no marker perhaps that is the place of William but there is no visible marker for him. Yes, I am Mary Lee & Jody's granddaughter. I was very excited to get your news. I have been researching my other side of the family for sometime but have not started on the Gaines side yet. I have very little information and not many elders left to help. Shirley, my dad's sister did alot of research before she died but I was able to get any of the info. I found this site,it will help alot. For your records, my daughter,Christy Roberson is buried next to Thomas (his grand daughter). | | | mary wright

I have called this morning and have been referred to the corporate office. Where I, also, called 2 different people and let messages requesting permission to come onto the property and take pictures of the headstones. You are more than welcome. I see that you a request at Buckner's Orphan Home. I live but maybe 5 miles from there, if even that far. Hey there, I'm not sure. His obituary is on findagrave so I was shocked when I didn't find it. There is another Concord in this part of Texas but don't think there is another Concord Cemetery. The other Concord though is nowhere near this one. And that would be considerably further away from where his son is buried, but I guess it's possible. | | | | [View all messages...] |
