Wanted you to know he is actually buried in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery (Not Shell Lake Cemetery) - although the cemeteries are attached by land, they are 2 seperately maintained cemeteries! I wasn't able to find plot information, because, we just found this headstone by "hunting!"

Caleb Thornilley, Mound Cem. Marietta OH
Stephen,
I reported a problem with the photo request for Caleb Thornilley in Mound Cem. Marietta OH. I was going to post a snapshot from the book that shows there is not marker for Caleb, but when I was resizing the image, I noticed that the dates of death do not match. The Caleb Thornilley listed in the book as being in Mound Cem is the son of William and Elizabeth and died in 1828 at the age of 26. If this is the Caleb you are looking for, there is no stone. There is no other Caleb Thornilley listed in Mound Cem. Sorry for the confusion.
Chris

RE: Thank you!
Hello, Stephen: So glad that I could provide the picture for you. I, too, have experienced seeing an ancestor's gravestone for the first time on Find A Grave. Nancy
