Would really love to know if u remember anything els said about Maggie Seals , or Anderson and Almira. Did u ever hear who Maggie had children by?
|Sheila Reed||Seals family|
My name is Sheila Seals Reed. I live in Berea, KY. Anderson and Almira Seals are my great, great grandparents. My grandfather was the son of Maggie Seals. She died when he was 5, so his grandparents raised him. I understand Maggie was a sister to your grandmother, Lucy Seals Owens. I am researching Maggie specifically, because I can not find out how she died at age 33. I was wondering if you ever heard your mom speak of her Aunt Maggie. If you don't care, i would appreciate hearing from you. my email address is email@example.com I can also be found on facebook, if you would befriend me.
thanks you so much,
Sheila Seals Reed

Hi. Remember when we talked a couple of years ago about you hearing your gr. grandfather, Anderson Seals, maybe having been a prisoner at Andersonville. I found a list of all the ones held there and his name was not on the list. I just got off of "Findagrave.com" and Charles Seals had put a large note about Anderson. Look at his gravesite in the Cope-Chasteen Cemetery in Rockcastle Co., and check it out. The reason I looked at it tonite, I had a note a few weeks ago from another descendant of his asking if I could put her in touch with Marian. I sadly replied with the info. that we lost her last year. I had another note today so looked at the site again and saw Charles' note. He was the cousin that was going to take some photos to Marian when he went thru' Mt. Vernon.
She was so looking forward to that. Shirley
