I will be happy to add any additional information or transfer any of my non-family memorials to anyone who finds that I have entered one of their relatives.|
Please go to the memorial and click on the "Edit" button, then select "Suggest a correction or provide additional information" and ask for the transfer. Please include your contributor's number.
The difference between my Added & Managed memorials is due to deceased contributor's memorials having been transferred to me by Find-A-Grave.

Hi Bill - I just added some grave marker photos that might be of interest to you, since I see you've left a flower for almost all of them. They are for:
Selleck - Gladys, Elizabeth, George & Mary
Greene - Claude & Jennie. Jennie's memorial has her surname misspelled as "Green", and Claude's middle initial is wrong, too. I've already sent an edit request to the memorial creator.
These folks span across a couple of lots that are in a lovely location in this cemetery. (The whole cemetery is lovely, actually!) Gladys, Elizabeth, Claude and Jennie are on one side of the big monument, Mary and George on the other.
Take care, Amy

Sorry...I will remove it. That was the only Rodeckers in the cemetery and with there being 22 years difference in their ages I supposed it was father and daughter.
If the daughter was ever married she may be under her married name.

Yes, I added the photo of Maurice Henry Deford 1907-1980. I have not found the gravesite of Maurice Jr. 1931-1995. Thought he was on the same lot (Old-Block 97, Row 3) but didn't find him. I will look again next time over there, I could have missed him.

Also ... my grandmother's (Dorthea Hammonds Vanderpool) mother was Laura Mae Simpson of Crane, MO. Looking for info there, too! Thanks

I am the grandson of Henry Vanderpool - formerly of Crane, MO. I am trying to trace roots of his heritage. Some word was his mother was full-blood Native American. Do we know anything of this woman? He would NEVER talk of his parents or anyone but a couple of his brothers (Robert and Faye aka Frank, jr)and his sister Mary. Family photos were few and there was one photo of his "mother" and it said on a letter that her name was Serrah Sexton and her father was Hiram and she was Cherokee, which would explain why he refused to talk about his childhood, never went to see his folks and no one was allowed to ask about them because maybe he was teased for being a "half-breed"? Just one family theory. Thanks for your time. My e-mail is firstname.lastname@example.org I lived in Crane for about 2 years, to "come home" now I live in Buffalo, MO.

Sorry I didn't get to this one sooner - I just missed it somehow.
Now you can get it all up-to-speed.

No, There was only the one for Silas and Ella Jane Wodbury, which I believe should also be Woodbury.
|Barbara Chisler||Bonita Morris|
Bonita's memorial page was put in as it should have been. The other lady did not know all the information. Bonita was our organist as well as a dear friend. Salem Church cemetery historian and keeper of the cemetery records.
