I can't thank you enough for your help. I have deleted two others I had up since I didn't know the cemeteries. I will take your suggestion about adding to his wife's site. Again, thank you. Lisa

I understand now your reason for not adding Father link. I have read the FAQ about unknown burials, but would like to ask your opinion. Would it be "body lost or destroyed"? 20 plus years of searching and we still don't know where he's buried. I'm new at this so please, I ask for your help. Lisa

Homer A. Stewart #130811709 My request to link Homer with his father was denied. It was stated it conflicts with your information. Could you please clarify what information you have? Homer was my great uncle and John R. Stewart (J.R.)#170951584, his father, was my great grandfather. Who do you have as his father? Thank you, Lisa

What I noticed was that there were two different memorials for the same person entered on same day by two separate contributors!

This is a duplicate memorial!

Super that you are doing the cems. Sooo helpful to so many. Are you from the Corning area? Love Central Dairy in Jeff City. Have been several times. Son worked for NBC station in Columbia but now for Veterans United as a Sr Loan Officer. Maybe we can meet on one if my visits there! Happy Sunday!

I just visited your partner's page...very nice! My sympathies for your loss, though. Do you live in Columbia? My son & family do! Thanks again for your help!

Hi SCot. You are always so kind! I do recall the issue with Corning Cemetery a few years ago. I lost a lot of old family photos when that event took place. I also lost the tombstone photos that my hubby and I had taken when we visited his parents, grandparents, etc. in Corning Cem. I wrote the admin and got a few transferred back to me but the photos were lost. :( You are very kind to transfer Almedia 'Meta' to me. I appreciate that! You mentioned an obituary. Do you have it? I don't but surely would love to! We are in Houston TX now and don't get back now that hubby is ill and older. It was kind of you to offer to meet, however. I am in contact with Dan Harold (he and his Dad own the Hardware Store there). He is very nice and has helped me a lot with the Nance/Harold family. He has some lovely old photos, too. Thanks again for your kindness. It is appreciated!
