stone for Tymer H. Mayes
Hi there - Tymer H. Mayes is my grandaunt, sister of my grandmother F. Etta Mayes. Tymer is buried at the Jessop Church cemetery and I see that you have participated in the Find-a-Grave information. Her parents Elisha and Georgiana Mayes have substantial headstones in that cemetery. Do you know if there is a headstone for Tymer? If so, how may I receive a photo of the headstone? I will gladly pay for the photo and/or information photocopies of Mayes information from a cemetery record book/register.
Two other sisters, Eugenia(Jeannie) and Augusta (Lillie/Fannie)were unmarried and I have not been able to locate their gravesites. Jessop Church cemetery search doesn't show them at that location.
Any information would be helpful... Bill Bush

Ft. Lincoln Cemetery
Please call Ft Lincoln at 1-301-887-4930 and get Locations for your loved ones, 2 requests at a time. Add them to your photo request and you will be more likely to have them fulfilled. You may have to call several times to get that info. They are very hard to get info from.

RE: MacEwen graves
Hi Celia,

I transferred Margaret MacEwen to you. I noticed that Find a Grave shows a Lucy MacEwen also at Pisgah View. I'll take a look for her next time I'm there and will keep an eye for other MacEwen's in my "cemetery wanderings" :)

RE: John MacEwen memorial
You're very welcome.

I created a memorial page for his wife Margaret and uploaded her photos. I'd be glad to transfer management of her page to you.

Thank you very much for getting a photo of the stone and all the other trouble you went to to find where her other husbands might be buried.
