 | Wavelette Brockman Moll Thank you for transferring her site over to me. Perhaps sometime in the future one of her family members will come looking for information on her Brockman side of the family and I will have it available for them. | | | Jim Tipton
 | RE: George Betz Hi,
I feel horrible about this but, while working on the site earlier today, I introduced a bug that accidentally attributed all new photo requests to me! I have since gone back and corrected the issue and adjusted the credit for the photo request, but I am not able to re-generate the email that you received. To thank the correct photographer, please click on their name under the photo and leave them a message or send them an email. Thanks and sorry for the mistake!

 | RE: John and Elizabeth Moor in Topsfield Maine Hello Diane,
Nice to hear from you.
I see John was from New Hampshire and Elizabeth from Waite, which is near Topsfield. In 1850 John and Elizabeth were in Topsfield, but after that they were in Codyville, which is a plantation next to Topsfield. Looks like they both died there, so they could be in the Codyville Cemetery. But, I just noticed that someone from Michigan is researching the Moores on Ancestry and they give Elizabeth's death date 1897 "per gravestone in Topsfield town cemetery" so it sounds like we're back to Pine Grove. Or, more likely, she picked up your information from Find A Grave and posted it.
Roby Hillman Moore died in Lubec, Maine from a stroke and is buried at the "Village Cemetery" in Princeton, Maine. I'm not sure if that's the current Princeton Cemetery but he isn't listed on Find A Grave. Maybe I can get clarification for that one, too.
Coincidentally, I entered a memorial for Bathsheba Fogg Noyes in the Noyes Family Cemetery of Topsfield just before I discovered your entry for John and Elizabeth. Have been trying to figure if Elizabeth and Bathsheba were related, but no luck.
Someone is doing research on Abraham Moor and Esther Walker on Ancestry and they are listing Esther's parents and children, including John, but no further info on John.
Ok, enough genealogy muttering. I'll get back to you as soon as I can get confirmation about Pine Grove. Princeton may take a bit longer.
Diane

 | Moor graves in Topsfield Hello Diane,
I notice you recently created memorials for John and Elizabeth Moor in Topsfield Cemetery, Topsfield, Maine. The "old" Topsfield Cemetery is called Pine Grove and has already been created for Find A Grave. There are also a bunch of family burial grounds in Topsfield. There is a "new" cemetery called Hunnewell Acres but it wasn't created until 1981. This all pretty confusing because the old obits tend to say "burial at Topsfield Cemetery" which pretty much means Pine Grove, I think, but there are those scattered family cemeteries. I am in contact with an "old timer" in Topsfield, trying to straighten some of this out because I have found the obits misleading. If you want, I will try to get a lead on where the Moors are buried.
