Hello ,
YES....Leander Compton is buried at Big Hill Cemetery in Pike County, Ky.
however , someone has made a memorial for Leander Compton ( 1817 - 1898 ) and has him buried at a BIG HILL Cemetery , Webster County , Kentucky .....this HAS to be a mistake and is incorrect . That memorial should be removed , however I have sent them a message awhile back , and the memorial is still there .
Thanks for your email , I was able to find the grave of my ancestor Leander Compton online .

No, I am not related to Sylvester or his spouse in any way.
However, you seem to be so will transfer memorials to you.
I just walked and photographed all of Earlton Cemetery in 2009.
