I started doing genealogy back in 1998 but lost interest very quickly when I couldn't find anything on my grandfather's side of the family that came from Germany. Then in 2006 I became very sick to the point I almost died and one of my granddaughters said, "Granny, you have to get everything down on paper, all the stories and names of everyone, so I'll know where I came from."
If I have a memorial and I am not directly related I will be more than happy to transfer it to you.Itgives me great pleasure in placing a memoiral into the hands of a loved one, so just ask!
God Bless all of you! | |

 | Marvin Leonard I have no interest in Maj Leonard. I was trying to fulfill your photo request. There is a huge field of Salvation Army graves in that section, and I went on line to see if he was possibly SA, and of course he is. I will transfer it back to you if you don't mind. | | | Marvin Nuby Jr.

 | RE: Robert Holmes Ok it's official. I had taken random pics of other graves on my last request at Johnsons. I just looked them up and I have a pic of Robert Holmes stone in Johnsons cemetery. Is the name Henrietta Parrish Wood Holmes familiar? Her stone is next to his.Added by Janet T on Feb 18, 2013 8:13 PM | | | Janet T
 | RE: Robert Holmes Buddy has him in Johnsons Cemetery as Corp Robert Holmes. Hes transferred to you. The death dates are the same. So the obit says hes at Richland!? The cemeteries are just around the corner from each other so maybe that has something to do with it. If you pull up the page you made and then look to the left, select find all Holmes in Saluda county. One is right under the other but one says Corp.Added by Janet T on Feb 18, 2013 7:30 PM | | | Janet T
 | Robert Holmes The Holmes you created and put in Richland Springs is in the wrong cemetery. Its the same as Corp Holmes in Johnsons cemetery. Buddy created the one in the Johnsons cemetery and transfered to you. You need to delete the one in Richland Springs. People are requesting photos.Added by Janet T on Feb 18, 2013 2:10 PM | | | Alexina Van Pelt

I wanted you to know I had posted it to your memorial and let you know that the birthdate on the tombstone is different that what you have listed. Just wanted you to know the picture has been posted.
