Good Morning, Larry,
Mem # 56907448 created by you. You were tracing a couple of Family trees that I thought might fit the info on the picture I have. Guess there is a fine line in names & spellings. I was hoping I had one
picture of your family. Also, think my computer just goofed up on your e-mail. It did on another one too. Sorry. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
I wanted your permission before I posted the picture, Kathy

Contributor, Caryn Hood is also tracing her
Looney Family Tree and has a Looney Cemetery
somewhere. You might want to message her. I just noticed
this tonite while working on other things.

Of her and her husband and 2 yrs old boy and 7 yr. old girl. Emma would be 38 yrs. I wrote you an
e-mail, but it said invalid e-mail address.
I'm a contributor on here. Could you send me a valid e-mail where I could send my letter? I feel this old picture is your family. Be glad to send it to you for free. Found it in an antique store in Missouri. It has writing on the picture and taken in Spokane, Wash. Nice looking family (oval)
Hello! I read your message to Amber Mahan Vaughn about getting to Davidson Cemetery, and it brought back memories! I was only there once, and I used a county map. It took me directly there, because the cemetery was marked and the dirt roads were marked also. This was probably 30 years ago or more. But just after we left the cemetery, a rainstorm hit, and those roads became well nigh impassable. Not quite, as we did get through, but with a lot of sliding and making deep ruts. The lightning storm is what I'll never forget. The rain came so hard I couldn't see the end of the hood of the car, so I stopped, and the lightning was striking all around us for about half an hour. I've never seen so many lightning strikes at one time. But we made it out!
Thanks for posting the picture, too. My pictures were film type and I haven't scanned them. Thanks!

Oops, I was referring to Robert Dancer Looney's wife, Eliza Phillips...gaps filled, a wealth of information! Thank you!

Wonderful information included on the Robert Dancer Looney Memorial page...you filled in the many gaps I had! Thank you!
|Lydia Baugh||Goodall, Gott, Sneeds|
Larry, it has been a few years since we have been in contact and I wanted to thank you so much for all the work you have done to put the information out on the Gott, Goodall family.
My Grandmother was Edith Sneed Herring, her mother was Mary Ocey Gott.
After gathering all the information I could from this website on the Gott and Goodall families, I was inspired to fill in a few myself from the Rockport Cemetery.
The search engines have not picked them up yet, but here is the direct link to Edith's and you can click the link for 3 other family members.
Thanks again for your dedication to keeping the family history and for inspiring me to do more.
Although I was the creator of Margaret Sams Goodall, I was not the creator of her husband, James. Please contact that creator to change his data.

I added the information that you suggested to Joseph Looney's memorial. The infomation states that his wife is buried to his left in an unmarked grave. I don't know how old that information is, but Almeda does have a headstone, which I have placed a picture of on her memorial page. I also linked Joseph to his wife and son.
