RE: John H. Vogt
There might be an error with the transcription of Narcissus' card. It says 1922, but she died May of 1912. So she might have filed Jan 16, 1912. What's curious about her card too are the entries are on the lines BELOW widow. I can't tell, it might actually say Minor there, perhaps her kids? Maybe they were filling against her benefit from him?

On Sylvia's, her entry is on the Widow line.

Thanks for all the info. They must have been some characters, and / or desperate for money.

RE: John H. Vogt
Interesting. Maybe she was trying to save face in toledo when she said he was dead. May I ask how you know all this about the triangle?

John H. Vogt
I find a Toledo City Directory in 1889 that shows 'John H. Vogt' as deceased. Looking at the 1888 city directory, it has him living at 601 Colburn. In the 1890 City Directory Narcissa is showed at the same address, widow. I don't see how your record, dying 1910, can be the same John Vogt. Perhaps there were two, and the records are mixed?

Geddes, John Curtis, Amity Cemetery
John Curtis Geddes' wife, Iona, is buried at Highland Park Cemetery in Alberta, Canada under the name Iona Hendy. Also, since his death was due to being thrown off a train in Indiana, does anyone have any information on that. Surely there was an inquest or newspaper article. Any information would help me with my search. From family photos, it appears he went by the name Curtis Geddes. - Thanks, Susie

RE: Rachel Ferrier Robinett
Sorry, I do not have proof. Just change to show Steuben County, IN. I would love to have a copy of Milo's obituary if you would be so kind to send to me or let me know how you found it.

You may write me at Barbjk7@aol.com

Thanks so much for adding the memorial so wonderful to find them when researching.

Barbara
