Bio and Links
Bio Photo We are just a couple who recently started trying to do our own genealogy work. We found this site through a friend and have fallen in love with the work done here.
We love getting to fill the photo request and knowing that we are helping people track their roots some place in the world. It has brought us a lot of joy and closer as a couple.
When we tell people what we do for fun or date night they give us some strange looks but we went from waterfall hunters to grave stone hunters so there you go.

RE: Hurst @ Thomas Cemeter
I believe the Thomas cemetery you're referring to is Thomas/Mize which is on Williams Hollow Rd near Bethany church. Those are directions I found on line.
My sister's husband is a Hurst and we took a couple of days and drove all over Jone's cove and areas around looking for Hearsts. Everytime we saw a cemetery or a sign for one we would head up and take pictures of all the stones. If I remember right Thomas was toward the end of the day and we were so hot and tired that I didn't quite get all of the photos there. I'm glad they turned out to be some that helped you out. There are several Hurst/hurst family/hurst chapel, etc cemeteries. Very confusing!
Anyhow you are welcome to use any of the stones that I have put on line. Glad for them to be used. Vickie

Hi,
I sent you a message a few minutes ago. I just realized the name I asked you to correct, I spelled incorrectly. It is spelled: Paulis Edward Sharp. Thanks again for all the entries you have made.

Hi Fellow Researcher,
Let me first say how much I appreciate what you had to say on your information. I too just really enjoy visiting Cemeteries and taking photos, and if they are not recorded, I list them and try to get as much info. on the memorial as possible. I was filling a photo request for another researcher when I found this little Hendren cem. I just wanted to thank you for the transfer of Winnie's memorial. I have linked her to her spouse and parents.
