 | RE: Agatha Burton problem I forgot to say in my other message that we want to go back in the cooler weather. It will be easier to look when the grass has died down and the bugs aren't an issue. It was a really neat place. | | | Wendy and Steve
 | Burton Family Cemetery I couldn't find Agatha's stone. The cemetery is in terrible shape, unreadable, broken stones, etc. It's overgrown, too. I was wearing tick spray and still got lots of them on me. The closest I could find is Agnes. I took pics of all stones though and I'd be happy to pass them on to you if you like. Just let me know. | | | Larry & Susan M.
 | Nancy Roy I am sorry this stone just didn't photograph very well. It is the only one out of 25 that I took today that is really to dark. I took the photo on 2 different settings and the one I posted is the best.

 | Harvey Cox photo, #68407827 I made a photo of the monument yesterday, but don't plan to post it. If you'd like a copy, I'll be glad to email. Only Mr. Cox's side was visible from outside the fence. The name and most of the dates are readable, but the rest of the (tall) monument, and the fenced plot, is covered in poison oak. I didn't take gloves and boots. :-) Will be glad to try again after frost, or pending cleanup. | | | Wayne Anderson
 | Jacobs Graves in Prater Cemetery I have made two attempts to locate the Prater Cemetery around the location indicated by the map page associated with find a grave in Rutheford County TN, but have failed both times. There are two Prater family cemeteries near my home. The one nearest does not contain any Jacobs. The area indicated on the map is only accessible by private roads festooned with No Tresspassing signs. The area of the county is called Prater Hill and many Jacobs families live on the main, 'Big Springs Road', and there is a Jacobs Road nearby, again with a few Jacobs families listed. I have even made an attempt to call a few to see if anyone knows exactly where the cemetery is or whose property it is on with no luck. If you are aware of relations in the area I could consult, I'll try again.
