|Michele Nelson||Jacob Shuman|
Hi there, I was wondering if you have the actual listing of the children of Jacob Shuman. They are in my family line and Jacob Shuman's wife Mary was the sister of James William's wife Matilda Kendall Shuman. The children that you have listed other than Jesse and Mary, I have listed and the children of James and Matilda. I find it odd that sisters would have babies in the same year and name them the same names, so I am wondering if maybe Jacob and Mary adopted these children for some reason? Do you have any information?

I am going to delete this memorial. I found one done earlier, with some info missing. He has included his whole blood line.
I have forwarded the info he didn't have and told him where the grave was. He does not have a picture of the stone. Would you be so kind as to add it to his memorial on Find A Grave# 103099943, since it is your photo?
I was out on the internet today and noticed your name on Find A Grave. My mother's maiden name was Moose. I'm wondering if we're distantly related.
Her family tree:
her father: Harold Martin Moose
his father: Harvey L Moose
his father: Peter John Moose
his father: John Moose
his father: Jacob Meyer Moose
his father: David Mussenug (sometimes this last name is spelled various ways)
Johann Jacob Mu▀gnug
Not sure if I have to go further back to have a common ancestor.
Are we related? If so, do you have any pictures or documents on any of the Moose family?

Hey, Ken...hope you're doing well bud.
On your cemetery walks, could you please keep an eye out for this man. You can check out his memorial on my page. He was a Monroe County Civil War vet with the 116th O.V.I. (same unit as my GGF David Tyler Clark at Bush) that was accidently shot and killed by his friend. They sent him home to Monroe but he could have been buried anywhere.
I just figured he deserved a place on here...

Yes, I am! They are at Bush. David Thomas and Emma are together: They are my grandparents. David Tyler is my great-grandfather (David Thomas' father). Jacob is there, too. He's another son.
I spent summers on the family farm on Grizzle Ridge. Do you live near there?
Photos would be great!
