Louise Warren Massey
Other than what is on the page, I know very little about her. Her husband's name was William Elias Massey, son of Abram Massey and Martha Angeline Bost. William and Louisa had SIX children, all daughters: Willie Mae, Mary Jane, Beulah, Hettie, Bertie, and Laura. Laura became the outcast of the family because of her treatment of Willie Mae. Family story is that William and Louisa left their home to Willie Mae, who had been dropped on her head as a baby which left her mentally handicapped. They wanted to make sure Willie Mae had a home after they were gone. Laura wanted the house and the land, so she took advantage of Willie Mae and left her destitute. One of her other sisters took her in, and the family disowned Laura. I do not have my notes handy, and I am going out of town this week, but when I get back, I will try to find my notes to see if I have anything on Louisa's parents.
