RE: John Graves

Thanks so much for the photo of John Graves' headstone. I presume that the 'Jas. Graves' buried beside him is his son James, one of 15 children he fathered by his three wives. His first wife, Elizabeth (Betty) Beeson, is our ancestor and she is buried in the Graves Cemetery in Blount County, Alabama.

I am really grateful for you and all the volunteers who help me 'visit' the cemeteries where ancestors are buried. You perform a great service for those of us who will never be able to visit those graves in person.
