I was raised in Gillingham Kent England and immigrated to the USA in 1957. My mother was from Durham, England and was ophaned by age eight and raised by another family. She tried to find her family but back then there was no internet so had no luck. Find A Grave has been the most helpful to me and I find that in the USA people are so willing to volenteer to take photo's of the gravestones and I do not have any trouble getting a photo's of my husbands family gravestones. I have had no luck at all with the English gravestones. I would love to have a volenteer at Holy Trinity church in Murton Colliery, Durham, England which is where my mother's family are buried. It would be so nice to see my Grandmother's gravestone.

I have a copy of all of the headstones in Holy Trinity, but over 50 of them are unknown. Meaning that they have fallen over on top of the names or have been moved and placed name down or they are just unreadable. The photos were taken in April 2014 and April 2015.
Any other memorials for Holy Trinity that you currently have on here I do not have a photo for. I may have some of any others that you might want.
Walter E McPherson (1884-1950) Hi there, I was at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Titusville, Florida today and I regret to inform you that I was unable to fulfill your photo request. I checked with the caretaker -- Walter is indeed buried there, in the Garden Addition, near Mendell R. and John W. McPherson, who I believe are Walter's nephews. Unfortunately, Walter has no monument. Grace R. McPherson (1889-1978) is buried at the head of John Wm., and "Baby" McPherson (1948) is buried at the head of Mendell. Walter is buried just to the north of Baby. Neither Grace, baby, nor Walter have monuments.
Antioch A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery Florence, I walked through the church cemetery and grave yard looking for those on your list. Unfortunately, I only found those matched your information and posted the photographs. The situation in this particular cemetery is that several of the graves are identified with a headstone made of concrete and the writing is either etched in or written on. Many of the graves are barely legible. You mentioned that you have death certificates for those you are seeking. Can you provide full names? Maybe they were not buried with their given name, but by the name their loved ones used to refer to them. I will be glad to return, since it is only about 20 minutes from home.
Sam Simons, 121934923 This afternoon I attempted to find several graves listed on Find A Grave at Antioch A.M.E. Zion Church Cemetery. I did find a Sam E Simons, but his DOB: 6-20-1888 and DOD: 7-18-1956. There are several Simons buried in this cemetery. Other names that seem to have a presence in the cemetery include, McBeth, Billie, Wilson, Jordan, Bostic, and Davis.
Please let me know if you want me to post the photograph.
