I only add these to this site for the benefit of others. If you see one that I have posted and it is your family and would like me to transfer it I have no problem with that. I think they should be with the family they belong to. I am just putting them on here as a service to other genealogy researchers.

RE: Obituaries??
Checking in to see if you knew what newspapers to check. I was looking for obituaries (or anything for that matter) for Johannes McCord and Ursula Day McCord. You took some tombstone photos for me.

Thanks, Laurie

Stephanie, would you know of a source I could find historical obituaries in your area? You took some photos for me of the McCords and so I am looking for them.

Thank you!
For the McCord photos. I have some additional information for them and will send you a note a bit later.

RE: Lynda M. Davis
You're quite welcome. I'm sorry for the delay. I live a couple of miles away from the cemetery, but my camera was broken and I had to wait to buy a new one. I love the new one even better and this was the first outing I did with the new one. So, I'm pleased with how well it turned out. Take Care.

I did find her grave yesterday. She does have a marker. It is one of the metal funeral home markers mounted flat onto a concrete square. My camera is acting up and I wasn't able to photograph it, but hopefully can soon. Becky

RE: Shirtliff, Katie
Hi Stephanie. I just posted 3 pictures of the Plentywood Cemetery and they are now available on the Cemetery page. I got copies of the obits, and will get them scanned and emailed to you this weekend.

Shirtliff, Katie
Hi Stephanie,
Katie and Herbert Shirtliff are both buried in the Plentywood Cemetery in Sheridan County, Montana. There are 2 cemeteries, the Plentywood Cemetery and the Plentywood Memorial. You have her entered in the correct cemetery. I also have another grave photo for Herbert Shirtliff that gives his full birth and death dates:July 16, 1863 and July 10, 1939. If you enter him in, I will be glad to post the photo.
