Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working on my family history for over 25 years, researching in libraries, cemeteries and online. I finally decided that i should begin building my family network here so i can share the resources with others.

I'm a retired librarian, having worked for 30 years with government documents, information and resources. I hope that i can find addition work so i can keep indulging this quest of mine to trace down missing ancestors and relatives.

Thanks for the many others who have posted information that is valuable to me and others in our research.

Stephen:

Well I love this website and I get so excited when I find another missing piece, as one might say, "to put the puzzle back together again".

Happy History Hunting!

Robert Duke Armstrong and Willie Josphine Kressenburg Armstrong
Eugene and Blanche Armstrong were Robert Duke Armstrong parents. Robert was born 12/21/1912 and he was a twin. Other twin did not survive long after brith. He was born in Arkansas. They had another son, who was named Marshall or Morris and he died either before Emma Jean was born or soon after. I think he was born in 1900 or early 1901. Don't know when he died, why or where he was buried. If you have any information about the twin or the oldest son. please leave information at this site. My name is Doris and I am Robert's daughter. Both of my partents are buried in Memphis. Robert D. Armstrong died April 22, 1991 and my mother
died July 3, 2003.

RE: Thomas Dickson Davis and family
It's so nice when family sees the memorials! If you put in the requests it helps jog my memory to look for them when I get up that way! I'll try to jot this note down, but tend to lose my many notes. I'm slowly trying to add the whole cemetery if they aren't already listed. I'd bet there is probably a daughter in the lots not listed, last name whatever!

RE: Wylie gravestones Eureka TX
Hello Stephen, when I posted those fotos I just put in print what the Plot Layout had to offer. I find that approach puts things in a better perspective. If the infant is not Inez then U have one more player in the game.
Feel free to use anything that I post for any genealogy project that U have going.

Morning Sun Cemetery Markers
I remember going to the cemetery years ago with my mother to see the markers of her father's side of the family. Joseph Brian & Mary Elizabeth and Wm Worsley & Sabrina Patrick.

When I went to the cemetery some months ago, I saw that new markers had been placed. Do you know if any pictures of the old markers are available?

RE: linking McClendons at Nashville Cemetery
Thanks for providing a link to the memorials that you mentioned. To make this happen the easiest, please contact the individual that created the memorial of the son/daughter (Debbra). We can only add the individuals parents to the person's memorial. If you could give this information to her she will be glad to add the links so that it shows up on both memorials.

If I can help, please let me know.
