To any one requesting a transfer from me. PLEASE don't ask for a transfer request unless YOU yourself are DIRECTLY RELATED and fall under the Find A Grave Criteria Guidelines. If you do not know what they are. Then here they are: SIBLING, PARENT, GRANDPARENT, GREAT GRANDPARENT. (And that is unless I am also related.) Feel free to send me any information that you wish to have on the memorial and I will gladly put it on there for you. But will not transfer just because I am not related. You have to understand that many hours are put into creating memorials and placing pictures on them and just because they are not related doesn't mean that they are not important to you as well. They are all a treasure. Many times you spend more time at a cemetery with people not known to you, than their own family members. Especially when you have to dig their headstones out of the dirt, clean them, and on many occasions upright them. I really feel that family history is important. I enjoy being outdoors and poking around old cemeteries. Also I do volunteer and take pictures in my area when time permits.

 | Farr & Hendricks memorials Thanks so much for adding the information so quickly. Really appreciate your creating these memorials and your excellent maintenance. The memorials have been extremely helpful in researching our family.
I wondered if you knew that there was another memorial for Christian Fogelson #51312600. I've been corresponding with Linda Burleigh, who has been unable to find his stone in Williams cemetery. She told me about the other memorial - Christian Foglesong #46115091. There's more information on my message page.Added by Cathy on May 02, 2013 1:45 PM | | | Cathy
 | Farr & Hendricks memorials Hoping you can make a few additions to these memorials:
John F Farr #51312167 full name "John Frank Farr" b. 1830 in Morgan county, Indiana d. Nov 1876
Nancy Farr #51312336 (wife of John F above) maiden name Rudicel born in Indiana
Thomas P Hendricks #51417626 born & died in Morgan county, Indiana The photo of his headstone shows he was 26y when he died, so birth year should be 1835. (1835 also agrees with censuses and with the birth years for his parents.) His father was James P Hendricks #68457197 His mother was Nancy (maiden name unknown) His wife was Maria Emily Farr - married Oct 11, 1855 in Morgan county, Indiana.Added by Cathy on Apr 30, 2013 1:39 PM | | | Linda Burleigh
 | Robert Lampher I believe the Robert Lampher #51424304 in Williams cemetery is the individual memorialized on the side of the Wm. Williams stone. On the stone however, the date is 1822-1848. I didn't want to make another memorial as this appears to be the same person. Could you please check your memorial for him and see if that is a typo or another Robert Lampher? Thanks, Linda | | | Linda Burleigh

 | Dicy vs Nancy Tackett I am researching my grgrgr grandparents: William and Nancy Tackett and came across the memorial page for "Dicy" Tackett and I was wondering if the headstone is clearly Dicy or if it could be "Nancy". If you would be so kind as to check it for me the next time you are out that way, I would be very appreciative.
Thank you, Colleen
Dicy Tackett

 | RE: Reed Family Cemetery Morgan County Indiana Robin, Thank you so much for transferring my family to me. Every Reed in Reed's Chapel is an ancestor of mine. I can not take credit for the photos, a "cousin" (Debbie Broughton) of mine found the cemetery and took the photos. She gave me permission to add them to Find a Grave and to use any way I wished. She was so excited to find it! My grandfather and father looked for it years ago but did not have any luck. Again I thank you for the memorials! Keep up the great job!
