RE: June Chaney (Easter)
Thanks for the reply. That is fascinating that you were a close family friend. As I'm sure you probably know, Blair passed in 2010. Their father Willis was my uncle. He died when I was still a kid.
If you could possibly share those photos, it would mean the world to me. I live in Florida now and don't get to see the family much anymore. My email is
I would love to talk more to you about the Chaney family.

June Chaney (Easter)
June Chaney was my 1st cousin. I was just wondering where you found her photo and if you have any others you could share.
My mother was a Chaney. Are we by chance related?

B. F. Underwood

My name is Charlotte Underwood and Benjamin Franklin Underwood was my grandfather. I was surprised to see a photo of him on the Find A Grave website today and I'm wondering if you know where the photo came from.

Thank you,
Charlotte Underwood

RE: William Wells
I searched the cemetery, though the church is no longer under the same name. I think it's now Friendship Baptist, but I could be wrong on that. I used the address provided and put it in to my GPS. It's a relatively small cemetery, and two of us were looking, but I didn't see any markers with the name "Wells" on them. There was no caretaker for me to ask, but I'll try to check out the name of the church when I head to my parents' house tonight. I'm sure they will have information on burial records.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help!

I'm so glad to hear that you have found a relative that you have looked for so long. I just added them last week. If you would like I will transfer them to you. If you haven't already click on the photo request and ask for a volunteer to take pictures for you. I live in California so I'm not able to do it for you.
