|After our retirement we became more interested in genealogy. We have spent much time researching our families. We have visited many cemeteries (mostly small ones) researching our family trees. Although not limited to, our research is primarily in the state of North Carolina.|
Now with our entry into Find A Grave we have decided to honor our family members by entering a memorial for them. We hope to be able to add an entry for those for which we have the information.
We have detected that some family members have already been entered. We hope that we can get the management for these given to us in order that we may do linking and make corrections as needed. So far we have had success with some of our request others there is a reluctance to give us that right.
We plan only to enter family members and close friends. It is not our intent to try and get our names on the list of most prolific enterers.
If anyone finds an error in any memorial that we have entered, please advise and we will be happy to correct. firstname.lastname@example.org
Families of interest to us:
Brown, Carpenter, Cagle
Lucas, Graves, Presnell, Vuncannon, Carroll, Cox
Hartsell, Eudy, Barbee, Honeycutt, Furr
Lowder, Smith, Forrest, Kirk

|Richard Holland||O. Z. Lucas|
Thanks for all the hard work. I am interested in the gravestone for O.Z. Lucas. I think this is Ozion Lucas, who married Lucy Jane Auman. Their daughter, Letitia Lucas was my great great grandmother. I have not had much luck chasing his geneology with that name. Do you have any additional info here.
Hi! Thank you for all your work on the Lucas Family memorials. I read that on John Lucas' memorial that your grandfather was Joseph Rolando Lucas (Uncle Bud to some :)). My great grandfather was Jonah Lucas (Bud's brother), my grandmother was Jewell Lucas. I'm just now getting into researching the family lineage, it's nice to see the memorials. :)

My great great grandpa Elkanah Graves is the son of Richard & Nancy Vuncannon Graves. I went to the Richard Graves Family Cemetery and took pictures. This infant child is the only one I cannot make a connect to the Graves family. Does any one know the child connection?

Thank you so much.

Floyd Graves is my great-grandpa. I have one picture of his mother but none of his father Elkanah. I hope someone has a picture of him.I don't have any of Elkanah parents.
Do you know anyone that will share family pictures with me ?.
